We provide human-centred ventures and services that build capacity in the Church. 

In addition, we use emerging digital technologies to present and proclaim the timeless Truth in our time.

Services

What do we do?

We seek to realise this vision by providing the following services.

Strategy

Assist the Church to define and realise their vision for evangelisation and revitalisation. This includes the development of tools to streamline strategic development.

Coaching

Build capacity within senior and emerging leaders through tailored coaching, mentoring and training programs; ensuring a pipelines of leaders to support ongoing renewal.

Capacity

Human centred project management, strategic writing, structure and policy design and consultation to fill resourcing gaps.

Reporting

Designing and delivering data driven reports to evaluate the efficacy of initiatives and programs, enabling evidence based strategic development.

Connecting

Identify and connect existing ministries, movements and tools that can support the realisation of the strategic vision.

What’s the story?

The Church is in a pivotal moment throughout this Next Decade, approaching the 2,000th celebration of:

– the life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus;

– the coming of the Holy Spirit;

– the birth of the Church; and 

– the handing down of the Great Commission. 

This is presents a kairos moment to see a new generation raised up in the life and mission of our Catholic Church.

A method, resource and strategy to support the development of small groups across all life and faith stages.

Evangelisation Map

A strategic tool that maps pastoral initiatives across faith and life stages, identifying gaps in evangelisation activities and assisting leaders to identify future priorities.

We seek to be your partner that helps to realise the aspirations of revitalisation in your context.

We work with Parish, school and Diocesan communities to discern the present need, define the project scope, ideate solutions and, if necessary, deliver the first round of strategic implementation whilst ensuring a decentralised, capacity building approach remains the core priority.
